Break the self assumption

We may suffer in a moment that we can’t do anything about a problem. We are done. We can’t continue on something. Just find ourself clueless.

I got myself being clueless for so many times. When there’s no optimism remain, then think that it’s deadlocked.

I called it ‘chunking up’. As well as the name, it simply changes our mindset from self-assumption into exploration. This goes from “I can’t do this anymore” into “What I haven’t done yet?”. Notice that these two have different impacts.

“I can’t do this anymore” would set our mindset to give up on it. While, “What I haven’t done yet?” would lead our mindset to explore thousands solution that might be. For the first mindset, the deadlock is set by ourself, while the second mindset is pushed us to keep exploring, rather thinking about the result and put any negative feeling upfront.

Sometimes, thing is gonna be answered by the time. One thing that we can control is our mindset. Take your time to differentiate all assumption, chunk up and escape from it.
